A two-story atrium anchors the building, which was originally opened in 1980 and dramatically expanded in 1996. Located just one block from City Hall and the Post Office, Portage Public Library is an active community hub, offering 7 study rooms and 3 larger meeting room spaces that accommodate groups of up to 100.
