Paradise Playhouse presents Princess Di! Actress and director, Jillian Gabrielle will be giving a dramatic musical performance of her one-woman show, Princess Diana!

Join us on June 15th for a reimagined glimpse into the royal life of Princess Diana!

"The iconic figure of Princess Diana Spencer shocked the entire world with her death in 1997. Jillann Gabrielle has her speaking from her grave as a spirit haunting the halls of Kensington Palace. And there is a twist…she has aged. She cut a deal with St. Peter at heaven’s gate. She would be allowed to stay with her sons at the palace…but in return she would age. Diana had a great sense of humor, played the piano, sang, and danced. All of these skills are utilized as Diana spins the story of her personal and public life and the British Royal Monarchy…then AND now!" - Paradise Playhouse

About the branch

Portage Public Library features over 33,500 square feet of space for materials and public use. The second-largest branch in the system, Portage combines the extensive amenities of a larger library with the cozy feel of a community branch. A two-story atrium anchors the building, which was originally opened in 1980 and dramatically expanded in 1996. Located just one block from City Hall and the Post Office, Portage Public Library is an active community hub, offering 7 study rooms and 3 larger meeting room spaces that accommodate groups of up to 100. An entire floor of Youth Services space and a variety of programs for all ages make Portage a popular family destination.
