The second Wednesday of every month is a time for homeschoolers to explore new interests, ideas, topics, and to interact with each other in a fun learning environment.
This month's topic is art. We will be exploring an art technique called pointillism. Art gives us meaning and helps us understand our world. When we create art, we elevate our mood, improve our our ability to problem solve, and open our minds to new ideas.
Kids of all ages are welcome! Registration is encouraged, but not required.

Portage Public Library features over 33,500 square feet of space for materials and public use. The second-largest branch in the system, Portage combines the extensive amenities of a larger library with the cozy feel of a community branch. A two-story atrium anchors the building, which was originally opened in 1980 and dramatically expanded in 1996. Located just one block from City Hall and the Post Office, Portage Public Library is an active community hub, offering 7 study rooms and 3 larger meeting room spaces that accommodate groups of up to 100. An entire floor of Youth Services space and a variety of programs for all ages make Portage a popular family destination.
